2. General Information on Data Processing

We process personal data of our users generally only to the extent necessary for providing a functional website and our content and services. The processing of personal data of our users takes place regularly only with the consent of the user. An exception applies in cases where obtaining prior consent is not possible for factual reasons and the processing of data is permitted by legal provisions.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

Insofar as we obtain the consent of the data subject for processing operations of personal data, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR serves as the legal basis. For the processing of personal data necessary for the performance of a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR serves as the legal basis. Insofar as processing is necessary to protect a legitimate interest of our company and the interests, fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject do not override the aforementioned interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR serves as the legal basis.

4. Collection and Storage of Personal Data

When visiting our website, our system automatically collects data and information from the computer system of the accessing device: browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, hostname of the accessing computer, date and time of the server request, and the IP address. This data is temporarily stored in the log files of our system. This data is not stored together with other personal data of the user. The legal basis for temporary storage of data is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

5. Contact Form and Inquiries

If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the inquiry form including the data you provide there (name, email address, message) will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not share this data without your consent. The processing of data entered into the contact form is based exclusively on your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may revoke this consent at any time.
